Mr. Hernández López de Victoria, Esq., graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico in 1990, followed by a Juris Doctor from the same institution in 1994. He further enriched his legal expertise by earning a Master of Laws with honors in Foreign and Comparative Law from Columbia University School of Law in 1997.
Recognized for his eloquence and tactical acumen, Mr. Hernández López de Victoria has earned widespread respect in the legal community. For nearly three decades, he has distinguished himself as a proficient litigator and strategist, with specializations in contract law, business law, and intellectual property law.
In academia, Mr. Hernández López de Victoria has made significant contributions as an adjunct professor at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law since 2005. He has taught advanced law courses on special contracts, directed the Elder Law Clinic from 2015 to 2018, and founded the Victims Support Center at the university. His involvement in the legal community includes serving as the Associate Director of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review from 1993 to 1994 and as Legal Counsel to the Puerto Rico Gymnastics Federation since 2009.
