Principal
Mr. Aristizábal, Esq., founder of Arca & Associates LLC, is a prominent figure bridging the entertainment industry and the legal field. After graduating from American University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing, he pursued his passion for the performing arts in New York City, performing at the esteemed Spanish Repertory Theatre.
Transitioning to the business aspect of entertainment, Mr. Aristizábal managed talent, produced independent TV pilots, and served as an advisor to actors on topics such as film and TV financing, distribution, and representation. His commitment to mastering the industry’s business side led him to earn a Professional Producing Certificate from UCLA and a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico’s School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Commercial Law Award. His education was furthered with specialized studies in digital media transactions at USC.
An active member of the entertainment community, Mr. Aristizábal is affiliated with the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP). He also serves as the legal consultant for the Puerto Rico Film Festival and is an adjunct professor at the Sacred Heart University in Puerto Rico, where he teaches a course on the Business of the Arts and Entertainment.
